MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 13, 2019 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 13"' day of <br />March, 2019 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />City Administrator Mr. Chris Heineman <br />Park & Rec/Comm. Mr. Bryce Shearen <br />Finance Director <br />Public Works Director <br />City Clerk <br />Ms. Brenda Malinowski <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />MINUTES Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-3-29 —APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE FEBR UARY 27, 2019 WORKSHOP MEETING AND THE <br />FEBR UARY 27, 2019 REGULAR MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />PRESENTATION: Jon Joriman, President of the Little Canada Recreation Association, stated <br />DONATION FROM that the Rec Association is making a donation to the city for a poured -in - <br />THE LITTLE place rubber surface for the playground at Spooner Park which is being <br />CANADA reconstructed this year. He explained that this surface will help make the <br />RECREATION park compliant with the American Disabilities Act. <br />ASSOCIATION <br />
