<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of the City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Bryce Shearen, Parks & Recreation/Community Services Manager <br /> <br />DATE: April 19, 2019 <br /> <br />RE: CTV Production Topics <br /> <br />BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br />A follow up to the discussion that was had at the City Council meeting on March 27, 2019, in <br />regards to prioritizing and determining what events should be covered by CTV and the cost of <br />having CTV cover those events. <br />CTV has added the 5K Sap Run (Saturday, May 4, 2019) and Spooner Park Playground <br />Community Build (Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, 23, 2019) to their calendar and will provide <br />production services per our contract of the Neighborhood Network Services. <br />From the list that was provided to the Council, staff was able to come up with an estimated <br />duration of each completed event and obtain a quote for services from CTV. <br />EVENT PRODUCTION <br />STYLE <br />DATE COMPLETED <br />DURATION <br />EST.
