MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 22, 2019 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the City Council of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 22" d day of April, 2019 in the <br />Conference Room of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />City Administrator Mr. Chris Heineman <br />Finance Director Ms. Brenda Malinowski <br />Public Works Director Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Assoc. Planner/Code Enforce. Ms. Jessica Jagoe <br />Parks & Rec/Comm. Services Mgr. Mr. Bryce Shearen <br />Mayor Keis stated that the purpose of this evening's special meeting is to <br />interview engineer firms for a new City Engineering Services contract. <br />INTERVIEW <br />The City Council conducted interviews with two consulting firms MSA (5:30 <br />ENGINEERING <br />p:m.) and Bolton & Menk (6:30 p.m.) for a new city engineering services <br />FIRMS FOR CITY <br />contract. A total of six firms were selected for further consideration after <br />ENGINEERING <br />reviewing the written proposals that were submitted to the City. The interviews <br />SERVICES <br />consisted of allowing the consultants to present their proposal, along with general <br />CONTRACT <br />questions asked by the City Council. <br />There being no further business, the special meeting s adjourned at 7:27 p.m. <br />John .
