MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 23, 2019 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the City Council of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 23 d day of April, 2019 in the <br />Conference Room of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said <br />City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Director <br />Public Works Director <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Chris Heineman <br />Ms. Brenda Malinowski <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Mayor Keis stated that the purpose of this evening's special meeting is to <br />interview engineer firms for a new City Engineering Services contract. <br />INTERVIEW <br />The City Council conducted interviews with two consulting firms WSB (5:30 <br />ENGINEERING <br />p.m.) and SEH (6:30 p.m.) for a new city engineering services contract. A total <br />FIRMS FOR CITY <br />of six firms have been selected for further consideration after reviewing the 12 <br />ENGINEERING <br />written proposals that were submitted to the City. The interviews consisted of <br />SERVICES <br />allowing the consultants to present their proposal, along with general questions <br />CONTRACT <br />asked by the City Council. <br />There being no further business, the special meeting was adjourned at 7:24 p.m. <br />r <br />Joh .
