MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 24, 2019 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 24"' day of <br />April, 2019 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />Park & Rec/Comm. Services Mgr <br />City Cleric <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Chris Heineman <br />Mr. Bryce Shearen <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />MINUTES Torlelson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2019-4-48 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE APRIL 10, 2019 WORKSHOP MEETING AND THE APRIL 10, <br />2019 REGULAR MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS Keis congratulated Little Canada resident Maggie Nichols for winning the <br />NCAA All -Around Title in gymnastics for the second year in a row. <br />Keis read the resolution proclaiming April 26, 2019 as Arbor Day and the <br />month of May as Arbor Month. He announced that an observance of Arbor <br />Day and Arbor Month will be held on Friday, May 3 at 1:00pm in Pioneer <br />Park in Little Canada. <br />
