MINUTES OF TAE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 11, 2001 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 11`x' day of <br />January, 2001 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Thomas Roycraft <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />WELCOME The Commission welcomed Tom Roycraft as its newest member. <br />TO NEW <br />MEMBER <br />ELECTION It was the consensus of the Commission to delay the election of <br />OF officers until the next meeting when a full Commission is present. <br />OFFICERS <br />MINUTES There being no corrections to the December 14, 2000 Plamiing <br />Commission minutes, those minutes stand approved as submitted. <br />CUP - Jan O'Brien appeared before the Commission requesting approval of a <br />CAR RENTAL Conditional Use Permit to operate a car rental facility at 2608 Rice <br />BUSINESS - Street. <br />2608 RICE STR. <br />The Commission reviewed the recommendations of the City Planner, and <br />it was pointed out to O'Brien that there would be a four car maximum for <br />the number of rental vehicles that could be parked at the facility. <br />O'Brien reported that the business would start out with ten cars. They will <br />have four parking spots in the back of the property and two in the front. <br />
