;ENERAL PROVISIONS CONTINUED) <br />All soils tracked onto pavement shall be removed daily. <br />9. All construction site entrances shall be surfaced with crushed rock across the entire width of the entrance <br />and from the entrance to a point 50 feet into the construction zone. <br />10. All storm sewer catch basins not needed for site drainage during construction shall be covered to prevent <br />runoff from entering the storm sewer system. Catch basins necessary for site drainage during <br />construction shall be surrounded by silt fence or double ring of staked hay bales backed by snow fence. The <br />fence or bales shall be installed and maintained around all catch basins until the tributary areas are <br />restored. <br />11. Properly designed filter blanket and riprap shall be installed on the downstream side of all storm sewer <br />outlets. <br />12. All riprap shall be designed and installed with a filter material and meet the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation specifications for riprap and filter material. <br />13. A silt fence backed by snow fence shall be installed and maintained directly downstream of all storm sewer <br />outlets. <br />14. A representative of the grading contractor and the owner of the project must attend a meeting with the <br />Watershed District staff to review the erosion and sedimentation control plan and the requirements of the <br />Watershed District. This meeting shall be held prior to any grading of the site. <br />All storm sewers discharging into wetlands or water bodies shall outlet at or below the normal water level <br />of the respective wetland or water body or at an elevation where the downstream slope is 1 percent or <br />flatter. The normal water level sha(I be the invert elevation of the outlet for the wetland or water body as <br />approved by the District. <br />16. Low floor elevations of homes or buildings adjacent to wetlands or water bodies shall be a minimum of two <br />(2) feet above the critical 100 year flood elevation for the respective wetland or water body as approved <br />by the District. <br />17. The toe of the silt fence shall be trenched in a minimum of 6 inches. The trench backfill shall be compacted <br />with a vibratory plate compactor. <br />18. Upon completion of the project and stabilization of all graded areas, all temporary erosion control facilities <br />(silt fences, hay bales, etc.) shall be removed from the site. <br />19. Establishment of vegetation on the site must be done according to the Ramsey County Erosion and Sediment <br />Control Handbook unless otherwise noted as a special provision of the permit. <br />20. All permanent sedimentation basins must be restored to their design condition immediately following <br />stabilization of the site. <br />21.
