MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 10, 2019 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 101h day of July, <br />2019 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />Parks & Rec/Comm. Services Mgr. <br />Public Works Director <br />City Clerk <br />City Engineer <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Chris Heineman <br />Ms. Bryce Shearen <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Ms. Heidi Heller, <br />Mr. Mark Kasma <br />MINUTES Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-7-76 —APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JUNE 24, 2019 REGULAR MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS Keis announced that Canadian Days buttons are now available for $3.00 at <br />City Hall. <br />The Parks & Rec/Community Services Manager reported that the poured in <br />place playground surface will start being installed tomorrow. He explained <br />that there are goats at Spooner Park that are eating buckthorn and other <br />invasive species. He reported that the goats will leave during Canadian <br />Days and then will come back for a few weeks. <br />
