MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 10, 2019 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting of the City Council <br />of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 1 Oth day of July, 2019 at the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the following <br />members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mrp John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />City Administrator <br />Mr. Chris Heineman <br />Public Works Director <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Parks & Rec/Comm. Services Mgr. <br />Mr. Bryce Shearen <br />City Clerk <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />City Engineer <br />Mr. Mark Kasma <br />Mayor Keis stated that the purpose of this evening's workshop is for the City <br />Council to view the site where the Twin Lake pumping equipment and discharge <br />is located and tour the Fra-Dor property at 3101 Country Drive. <br />VISIT PUMPING At 6:00 p.m. the City Council and city staff drove to the property at 3135 <br />OPERATION SITE Centerville Road in Vadnais Heights where Northern Dewatering has installed <br />FOR TWIN LADE the pump equipment. The Public Works Director explained the pumping <br />AT 3135 operation that has been occurring for the past 30 days to move water out of Twin <br />CENTERVILLE Lake, through a pond on Frank Frattalone's property in Vadnais Heights and into <br />ROAD a Minnesota Department of Transportation stormwater pond, Waldo Pond, along <br />I-694. <br />TOUR OF FRA-DOR At 6:45 p.m. the City Council and City Staff drove to the property at 3101 <br />PROPERTY AT 3101 Country Drive to tour the Fra-Dor business site and operations in preparation for <br />COUNTRY DRIVE <br />
