Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2000-2-44 -APPROVING THE DIVISION OF THE RICHIE PROPERTYAT 2966 LAHORE ROAD AS REQUESTED SUBJECT TO MR RICHIE ENTERING INTO A COVENANT THAT WOULD PRECLUDE ANYADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF HIS PROPERTY WITHOUT A ROAD IMPROVEMENT, AND SUBJECT TO COMPLLiNCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF TIIE CITY PLANNER AND PLANNING COMMISSION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) Fahey, Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Scalze pointed out that other property owners in the area might be interested in subdividing their property. She asked at what point the Council would preclude subdivision without a road improvement. Fahey suggested that a more comprehensive plan for the area reeds to be developed. He suggested that perhaps this is a topic for the City's goal setting session. He also suggested that the City should take a look at other undeveloped parcels in the City and plan for their future development. The City Administrator suggested that now that this plan has been developed, that a neighborhood meeting be held to present the plan to the property owners. MORATORIUM Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: ON DEFINITIONS FOR MEDICAL RESOL UTION NO. 2000-2-45 - DECLARING A MORATORIUM CLINICS, REHAB ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF MEDICAL CLINICS, AND TREATMENT TREATMENT CENTERS, REHABILITATION CENTERS, AND CENTERS SIMILAR FACILITIES FOR A PERIOD OF SLYTY DAYS UNTIL PENDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF MORE PRECISE DEFINITIONS FOR THESE FACILITIES Page 11
