MINiJTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 12, 2001 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held ou the 12°i day of <br />July, 2001 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: M. r. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Thomas Roycraft <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />ALSO PR>/SI;NT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES The minutes of the June 14, 2001 Planning Commission meeting were <br />approved with one correction. In the resolution recommending approval <br />of the Frattalone PUP Permit, the recommendation was fora "right" turn <br />only onto Rice Street. <br />CUP FOR Neil Webster, 2808 Noel Drive, appeared before the Commission <br />GARAGE - requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow him to <br />2808 NOEL construct a 1,500 square foot garage at 2808 Noel Drive. The garage <br />DRIVE - would be 25 feet by 60 feet. Webster reported that he would be removing <br />NEIL WEBSTER the existing one car garage from the property as well as another shed <br />structure. Barraclough noted that there is another partial structure on the <br />property, and it was his feeling that all three garage/shed structw'es should <br />be removed. The Commission agreed. <br />Webster reported that he would match the exterior of the garage as close <br />as possible to the house. I-Ie pointed out that he would be putting vinyl <br />siding on the garage. Since it comes in colors he may not be able to get an <br />exact color match, but he will get it as close as possible. <br />I{eis as]<ed about the potential for another lot between these two houses. <br />Webster reported that there was another lot between his and Rich <br />Campana~•o's house. However, that lot was divided in two, with half <br />combined with the Campanaro property and half combined with his <br />property. <br />
