MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 8, 2001 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8°i day of <br />November, 2001 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Thomas Roycraft <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PR;/S];NT <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES The minutes of the October 11, 2001 Planning Commission meeting <br />were approved as submitted. <br />PROPERTY Michele Lyford, 643 LaBore Road, and Morris Jespersen, 651 LaBore <br />DIVISION - Road, appeared before the Commission requesting the division of their <br />643/651 two single-family lots into three. The City Planner indicated that all three <br />LaBORE ROAD - lots meet the City's minimum code requirements. He noted that the <br />LYFORD AND Parcel A has a 75 foot width at the building setback line. The Planner <br />JESPE,RSEN further pointed out that all resulting setbacks meet minimum code <br /> requirements except for the setback of the existing house on Parcel B from <br /> Payne Avenue. However, this is an existing condition that is not impacted <br /> by the proposed property division. <br />Roycraft asked if the proposed property division was along-term plan or if <br />it just came up recently. Roycraft asked Lyford how long she had planned <br />this property division. Lyford stated that she has been thinking about it for <br />the past year or two. <br />
