MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITI']LE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 13, 2020 <br />Pursuant to due call. and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 13th day of <br />January, 2020 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Director <br />Public Works Director <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Chris Heineman <br />Ms. Brenda Malinowski <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />MINUTES Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2020-1-1 APPRO VING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE DECEMBER 18, 2019 WORKSHOP, THE DECEMBER 18, 2019 <br />REGULAR COUNCIL AND THE JANUARY 8, 2020 SPECIAL <br />MEETINGS AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENT Keis announced the Little Canada Recreation Association is holding their <br />annual ice fishing contest on Saturday, February 1 at Lake Gervais, and <br />the Fire Department will be selling Booya at Lake Gervais during the <br />contest and at the Fire Station. <br />Fischer announced that the Little Canada Historical Society has an open <br />house on January 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. <br />
