MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 18, 2019 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 181h day of <br />December, 2019 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Director <br />Parks & Rec/Comm. Services Mgr <br />Public Works Director <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Chris Heineman <br />Ms. Brenda Malinowski <br />Mr. Bryce Shearen <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />MINUTES Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2019-12-136 — APPROVING MINUTES OF THE <br />NOVEMBER 20, 2019 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENT Montour thanked city staff for another very successful Cookies with Santa <br />event. The Parks & Rec/Community Services Manager stated it was <br />another great year and thanked Little Canada businesses, Creative <br />Catering and Cardigan Ridge, for donating the cookies. <br />
