MINUTIJS <br />CITY COUNCIL, <br />AUGUST 22, 2001. <br />]t was noted that the Council is in receipt of a letter of appeal of assessment <br />from Gerald and Virginia Struntz, 56 Little Canada Road. The City <br />Administrator indicated that he discussed the Mr. Struntz's concerns with him <br />and it appeared that Mr. Struntz was satisfied with the residential deferment <br />option. However, it is necessary that the Council act on the letter of appeal. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI UTIONNO. 2001-8-774-ACKNOWLEDGINGIZECEIPTOFA <br />LETTER OF APPEAL OF ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. <br />96-07 FROM C;ERALD AND VIRGINIA STRUNTZ, 56 LITTLE CANADA <br />ROAD, AND DENYING TIIE APPEAL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Montour, LaValle, Fahey, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Council noted receipt of residential deferment applications from Catherine <br />Clemons and Mile Westmoreland of 10 West Little Canada Road and Gerald <br />and Virginia Struntz, 56 Little Canada Road. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />
