MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 14, 2001 <br />ASSESSMENT into closed session to discuss these appeals. <br />APPEALS <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-II-259 -CONVENING INTO CLOSED <br />SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING I ITIGATION RELATIVE TO THE <br />ASSESSMENT FOR TIIE AUSTRALIANAVENUE IMPROVEMENT AS <br />RECOMMENDED I3Y THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Fahey, Anderson, Montour. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2001-II-260 -RECONVENING INTO REGULAR <br />SESSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays(0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-11-261 - IN.4TRUCTING THE CITY <br />ADMINLSTRATOR TO ORDER APPRA7.4AI S OF THE AUSTRALIAN <br />AVENUE PROPERTIES RELATIVE TO THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF AUSTRALIAN AVENUE AS RECOMMENDED BY <br />THE CITYATTORNEY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Scalze, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
