MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 26, 2000 <br />MINUTES <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of January, <br />2000 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at S 15 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m, and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Public Works Dir. <br />Parks & Rec. Dir. <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Zoning Administrator Ms. Elizabeth Mursko <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Jamie Green <br />Deputy Clerk Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-I-13 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JANUARY 5, 2000 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP - 3151 Mayor Fahey opened the continuation of public hearing for open and <br />COUNTRY outdoor storage of materials and equipment as an accessory use for <br />DRIVE - 3151 Country Drive as requested by Carl Costanzo and Pat Peterson. <br />COSTANZO It was noted that the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />CUP subject to a couple of dates for compliance depending on the plan for <br />extension of sanitary sewer along Ryan Drive. <br />
