MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9°i day of May, 2000 <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada <br />Road in said City. <br />MAY 9, 2000 <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Terry Maurer <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2000-5-IIS -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE APRIL 26, 2000 REGULAR COUNCIL. MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (4) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PROPERTY Fahey noted that the public hearing to consider the property division <br />DIVISION - of 3240 Twin Lake Road was closed at the last Council meeting. <br />3240 TWIN Council reviewed the revised diagram for the proposed cul-de-sac <br />LAKE ROAD - at the end of Mitchell Trail noting the additional easement which <br />PREFERRED provides additional right-of--way abutting Tract A. It was noted that <br />BUILDERS the radius for the cul-de-sac is proposed at 45 feet. <br />
