MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 21, 2000 <br />AND AUTHORIZING, THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR <br />TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; <br />*APPROVING THE 2001 ANIMAL. CONTROL. CONTRACT AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO <br />EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON 73EHA7 F OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />FIRE RELIEF Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />ASSOCIATION <br />BENEFIT RESOL, UTION NO. 2000-11-274 - APPROVING A BENEFIT LEVEL. <br />INCREASE INCREA.S`E AS RED UE.STED 73Y TILE LITTLE CANADA FIRE <br />RELIEF A,S`SOCIATION FROM $Z, 500 PER YEAR OF SERVICE TO <br />$2, 700 PER YEAR OF SERVICE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). <br />Abstain (1) Morelan. Resolution declared adopted. <br />TECHNICAL Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CORRECTION <br />TO GOODYEAR RESOI UTIONNO. 2000-I1-275 -APROVING THE TECHNICAL <br />PLAT CORRECTIONS TO THE GOODYEAR PLAT AS RECOMMENDED <br />I3Y THE CITYADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TWIN LAKE The City Council reviewed the City Administrator's report relative to <br />BLVD. the Twin Lake Blvd. property as well as the existing and proposed <br />PROPERTY utilities to service this property. It was the consensus of the Council that <br />an appraiser be hired to determine a value for this property as well as <br />whether the site is better suited to development with single-family homes <br />or townhomes. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />
