MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 20, 2000 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of <br />December, 2000 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael L Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Ms. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Council Member-Elect Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Council Member-Elect Mr. Rick Montour <br />Deputy Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. UTION NO. 2000-12-284 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE NOVEMBER 21, 2000 COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING, THE <br />NOVEMBER 21, 2000 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />DECEMBER 4, 2000 TRUTHINTAXATIONMEETINGAS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />THANKS On behalf of the Council and the citizens of Little Canada, Mayor Fahey <br />TO MORELAN thanked Council Members Steve Morelan and Bob Pedersen for their <br />AND eight years of service to the City. He noted that Morelan and Pedersen <br />PEDERSEN have served the City exercising great personal integrity as well as open <br /> and fair mindedness. He noted that while the Council may have disagreed <br /> on occasion, they were not disagreeable. Fahey stated that both Morelan <br /> and Pedersen have served the citizens of Little Canada well; and as <br />
