Hanson <br />The applicant, Jeff Jacobsen, President of Jacobsen Excavating, has applied for a <br />Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for open and outdoor storage of materials Qob supplies) and <br />equipment (excavation equipment, 8-10 repairable vehicles, and one dump truck) as an <br />accessory use in the rear yard, at 3173 Spruce Street, in Ryan Industrial Park. <br />The applicants indicate that there are three businesses located in the building with a total <br />of twenty (20) employee's. <br />Site and surrounding areas <br />This property is an interior lot located on a 1.35 acre parcel on the west side of Spruce <br />Street. The property is zoned "I-1" Light Industrial.
