RB zoning would provide a use similar to the <br />coffee shop. <br />Morelan stated that he did not feel B-3 zoning was appropriate for these <br />parcels, and felt that they needed to be rezoned. He suggested that in <br />addition to looking at these three parcels, the next four along County Road <br />C should be looked at as well. Morelan feat that RB maybe the best long- <br />term plan for the whole stretch of seven properties. <br />Scalze suggested that R-1 also be considered in addition to RB for the <br />three parcels east of the coffee shop. Morelan indicated that he was not <br />interested in looking at R-1 for these properties. He again suggested that <br />the zoning of the outlot be looked at as well. <br />LaValle pointed out that the outlot is a holding pond and is not <br />developable. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2000-3-72 -CALLING FOR A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON APRIL 26, 2000 AT 7:30 P.M. TO CONSIDER THE <br />.REZONING OF 73, 77, AND 83 COUNTY ROAD CFROM B-3 TO <br />EITHER RB OR R-1 AND THE REZONING OF 43, 55, 6I, AND 67 <br />COUNTY ROAD CFROM R-1 TO RB <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (3) Scalze, LaValle, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-3-73 -CALLING FOR A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ONAPRIL 26, 2000 AT 7:30 P.M. TO CONSIDER THE <br />REZONING OF OUTLOT A CENTRE PLACE FROM R-1 TO RB <br />The foregcing resolution was duly seconded by La`: alle. <br />Ayes (2) Morelan, LaValle. <br />Nays (1).
