TO: Little Canada Planning Commission, Mayor, Administrator, <br />Council Members <br />FROM: The Neighbors of the O'Neil Properties <br />RE: Property Request for Variance for 666 Labore Road <br />July 20, 2000 <br />Per your instructions at the Planning Commission Meeting on July 13t1', we - <br />as a group of neighbors -met and discussed the above mentioned Request for <br />Variance. After lengthy conversations, we are unanimously in agreement that <br />we hold fast against this request. <br />We called Theodore and Patricia O'Neil and politely explained our position <br />and that we saw no need for her to have to pay her lawyer for a special <br />meeting between the two groups. She said she is not pursuing the request any <br />longer and has completely changed her direction in the use of the land in <br />question. <br />Please let us know if there are any meetings we should be attending in <br />reference to this property.
