MINi7TES O&' SPECIAL MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE Obi LITTLE CANADA <br />3F 1E •lE iF <E 3E 3E 3E <br />A special meeting of the Counr,il of the Village of Kit- <br />tle Canada was held on Friday, August ?.0, 7.954, at 7;00 P.M. at <br />the Little Ca.na.da Fire Ha11. The roll being called, the follow <br />ing members were present; <br />Louis i~1. Pflela,ncon, Mayor; Roy P. Nadeau, <br />Clerk; Carl Spooner, John M. Vitale, <br />Trustees. <br />Edward R. Loeffler, Trustee, vaas absent. <br />The mayor announced than the principal purpose of this <br />meeting vaas to provide a. hearing for a.11 persons interested in <br />the rezoning of property described as the V7est 166 feet of Lot <br />22, Auditor's Subdivision #43, Ramsey County, Minnesota, z~7hich <br />the owners have petitioned to .ha.ve .rezoned from Class A Residen•~ <br />tial to Class B Residential so that they can build a bungalow <br />duplex. The Clerk read the petition and. notified the Council <br />that notice of this meeting had been posted acco~^ding to law in <br />three different places in the village. <br />Upon motion by Spooner, seconded by Nadeau, it was <br />"RESOLVED, That the property described as <br />The LVest 166 feet of Lot 2,2, Auditor° s sub- <br />division X43, Ramsey County, be and the same <br />i.s hereby rezoned from Class A Residential to <br />Class B Residential a.nd that the clerk be and <br />is hereby instructed to forv~ard notice of this <br />rezoning to the county a.udltor and the county <br />engineer.1° <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 <br />The resolution rises adopted, <br />Mr. Hemmer submitted for approval by the V111age Coun- <br />ci]. an agreement for the disposition of property ov~ned by the <br />'i'ocvn of New Canada wlr.ich, according to law, must be divided be- <br />tween the Tovan a.nd the new Village of Little Canada. Mr. Hemmer <br />read the agreement a.t length and. it vra.s discussed thoroughly by <br />the members of the Vi11ag•e Council vaho were present. <br />Upon motion by Nadeau, seconded by Vitale, it was <br />"RESOLVED, That the agreement for, divi.slon <br />of the tocan property between the Town of New <br />Canada and the Village of Little Cana.d.a be and. <br />
