Upon motion by Vitale, seconded by Loeffler, it was "RF~SOLVED, That Miss May Caplette's request be and is hereby re:f'erred to the Building Inspector wi.t.t1 instructions to determine whether or not the lot wi.t.1 be adequate for sewage disposal, and ii' so, that, the building permit be granted," Ayes m L~. Upon motion by Nadeau, seconded by Loeffler, it was "RESOLVED, That th.e C:ierk be and is hereby in- structed to write a letter to the Board of County Commi.ss.ione.rs reglzesting that they investigate drain- age conditions in the vicinity of Couni;y Road D, and Edgerton S9;reet, calling specific attention to the fact that, one culvert on Centerville Road is not func- tioning at the present time," Ayes - L~.
