(t was understood at the <br />time said permission was ,granted ihai the owner would keep the dump <br />area covered with dirt so than the refuse would not be exposed. 'rho <br />Mayor directed t'he Clerl< to notify this owner that he has failed to <br />comply with the provisions of his dumping permit. <br />Mr. Myers Fratialono, Chief of Police, advisod the Council <br />that sin<:e the St. John"s Church parking area in front of Little Canada <br />Food P~arket has boon b!acktopped, marry peot.~le are driving across Phis <br />lot fi°om A4cMenemy to Little Canada Road and failing to stop as thc;y <br />owner Lit9'le Canada Road. 1hr. A4emrner suggested that the Council for- <br />ward a loiter- to St. Joan's Church requesting that the Church cooper- <br />ate with the Village in set'ring up proper traffic regulations and <br />posting necessary signs. <br />Upon motion by Melancon, seconded by Loeffler, it was <br />"Rh.SOLVf~D, That 1~17e Clerk be and is hereby in- <br />structed to advise Sn.
