Special Meeting - June 24, 1959 <br />of R.C.M.O.A, representatives for establishing a uniform <br />Burning ordinance." <br />Ayes - 5 Nays -- 0 <br />The resolution was adopted. <br />The Clerk read a letter received fr on the Village Attorney, calling the <br />Council's attention to the fact that the proposed use oP the name Sunset Drive <br />for the West Service Lane of the new Highway #390, would simply cause confusion, <br />because there are already two streets with similar names in Ramsey County; one <br />Sunset Land and one Sunset Drive, This would simply add a new one. John Vitale, <br />Trustee, asked permission to contact the people concerned, and to ask them to <br />select another name. <br />The Mayor read a letter he had received from the State Aealth Department <br />with reference to the matter of sewage being discharged into the right-of-way at <br />Highway #36 and Arcade Street. The Clerk then read a letter received from the <br />Village Engineer, reporting on his investigation of this sewage problem.
