Melancon, W. Coenen, Cara. Spooner, }d Loei'f].er, John <br />Vitale. <br />Rea,dS.ng of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed vn.th. ':L'he <br />Idlayor announced that the purpose of this aneeting cvas to conduct a meeting pursuant <br />to a 1?etit:ion. fo:r Rezoning which had been presented b;y <James Ptadeau. `.L'he C].e.rk <br />indicated that proper notices had been posted and that i;he hearing was duly <br />established according to law. <br />Iv}r. James Nadeau appeared before the Council in support of hi.s Petition to <br />Rezone and presented an architect's drawing of the proposed building•,wh9.ch he <br />explained :i.n full to th.e Council and the people present at the meeting. A..fter. <br />hearing this presentation, the Mayor asked if there were any persons present who <br />wished to be heard. in opposit:i.on, The following persons made presentations <br />opposing the rezoning: <br />David O'Keefe - County Road C. <br />Pdr..
