MINU4'ES OF THE REGULAR MN;N7TING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF LITTLE CANADA <br />The regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Little Canada, waa held <br />at the Little Canada Fire Halls 44a E. Littl® Canada Road, on June 13, 1962 at <br />7s30 P.M. The following Council members were presents <br />Carl Spooner, Mayor; Walter Coenen; Clerk; John Vitale, Joe Hacker <br />and Ed Loeffler, Trustees. <br />A1ao present were Richard Boas, Treasurer; and Lyle Jeaperaen, Road <br />Supervisor. <br />IIpon motion by Loeffler, seconded by Vitale, it was <br />"RESOLVED, that the minutes of the regular meeting of May 9, 1962 <br />and the special meeting of ri~ay 29 be approved as read." <br />Ayes - 5 Naya - 0 <br />The resolution waa adopted. <br />Mr. Numen Peterson, 332 Sextant, appeared before the Council and requested <br />permission to have an oversized garage on his residential property. The Counoil <br />being familiar with the location, discussed the matter from a standpoint of affect <br />upon neighboring property. <br />IIpon motion by Vitale, seconded by Loeffler, it was <br />"RESOLVED, that the Building Inspector be and is hereby instructed <br />to issue a permit to Numen Peterson, 332 Sextant, for an addition <br />onto his garage so h® oan keep four cars and a truck in it." <br />Yea-5 NaYa-0 <br />The resolution was adopted. <br />Lyle Jeaperaen, the Road Supervisor, reported that Condit Street needs <br />some grading and should have some fill dirt hauled in on the lower end. <br />Upon motion by Loeffler' seconded by Hacker, it waa <br />"RESOLVED, that the Road Supervisor be and ie hereby authorized <br />to do the necessary grading on Condit Street and to haul in fill <br />dirt on the lower end of this street." <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - o <br />'i'he resolution waa adopted. <br />Mr. Jeaperaen also reported that Condit Street should be straightened out <br />and surfaced with blaoktop from a point starting at Charles Frattalone°s property <br />down past Zoch.°s. After some discussion' the Council agreed to visit this area <br />with Mr. Jeaperaen and look over the situation. <br />
