Special Meeting - October 179 .1962 <br />The Clerk presented a Highway Department resolution providing for <br />installation of street lights on Highvray 35E. <br />Upon motion by Vitale, seconded by Coenen, the following resolution was <br />adoptedo <br />"WHERF~t15, the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special <br />provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk <br />Highway Number 390 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number. 35E within the <br />corporate limits of the Village of Little Canada from the South Village <br />Limits to 0.25 Mile North o£ Little Canada Road; and <br />t"1HEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, <br />Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6280-73 <br />(T.H.35F-%=390); and <br />SNHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department <br />of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled9 and identified <br />as S.P.6280-73(T.H•35E=390) Minn. Yrojo I 35E-4 (36) 116 and S.P.6285-36 <br />(T.H.694=393) Minn. Proj. I 694-5 (22) 227, which, together with the <br />Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, <br />dated May 1, 195y, on filo in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, <br />constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number <br />3g0 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35E; and <br />WHF;REAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled <br />and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and <br />VJHF~REAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as hereinafter used <br />in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer <br />tog and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing <br />recitals particularly identified and described. <br />NOG9, 'FIi~T, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the <br />improvement o£ 'Fronk Highway Number 390 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number <br />35E within the limits o.f the Village of Little Canada be anal. hereby are <br />approvedo <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the elevations and grades as shown in said <br />plans and special provisions be and they are hereby approved and consent <br />is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the <br />construction of said Trunk Highway Number 390 renumbered as Trunk Highway <br />Number 35E in accordance with said plans and special provisions." <br />.Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 <br />Upon motion by Vitale, seconded by Hacker9 the meeting adyo~rned at 9s30 P.M. <br />submi <br />Attests <br />Mayor <br />
