The fol].ovring Council members crere presents <br />Carl Spooner, Mayor; Walter Coenen, Clerk; Edward Loeffler and Joe Hacker', <br />Trusteeso <br />Also present vrere Frederick P. Memmer, Village Attorney; Richard Boss, <br />Treasurer; Oscar Londin, Building Inspector; and Louis Jespersen, Road <br />Supervisor. <br />Minutes of the October 10, 1y62 regular meeting and the speciaa. meetings o£ <br />October 17 and October 24, 1y62 were read at length. <br />Upon motion by Loeffler, seconded by Hacker, it was <br />"RI~;SOLVED, that the minutes of all of these meetings be approved <br />as reported." <br />.Oyes - q. Nays - 0 <br />The resolution was adopted. <br />Mr. Richard Holzschuh, of 12y6 'Taylor Street, St. Paul, presented a plat of <br />his property. He asked the Council for an easement to his lot only. <br />Upon motion by Coenen, seconded by Hacker, it vras <br />"RESOLVED, that a building permit be granted to Mr. Richard Holzschuh <br />for construction of a single family dvrelling on the South 142 feet of <br />the North 472 feet of that part of the Northeast Quarter (NN~~~ of <br />Section 5, T. 2y, R. 22, East of the West 618.25 feet of said Northeast <br />Quarter (NIl~ lying South of the center line of County T?oad "D" and that <br />such permit be issued only after. the applicant has executed a wr5.tten <br />agreement :running i.n favor of the Village of Little Canada concerning <br />the owners rights with respect to streets and street construction." <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 <br />The resolution vras adopted. <br />The Village Attorney explained to the audience anal to the Council the most <br />recent in.fo.rmation with respect to the proposed Plhite Bear sewer. connection with <br />the City of Sto Paul; pointing out that when bhis line is constructed it might <br />turn out to provide a more economical means o:C obtaining sanitary sevrer service <br />in Little Canada than what our study of two years ago ind.i-catedo <br />Upon motion by Loeffler, seconded by Backer., it wae, <br />"1?I~;SOLVED, that the Vi7.].age Engineer be, and is hereby requested to <br />make a study of the possible use of the 1'JYii.te Bear sewer line for <br />sanitary sewer service in Little Canada and that he review the <br />
