MTNU'PF;S OF THE SPECIAL ArLN1ETING <br />OF 'THE VILLAGE OOUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE; OF LITTLE CANADA <br /># ~ ~- <br />The special meeting of the Council of the Village of Little Canada was held <br />at the Little Canada Fire Hall, 440 E. Little Canada Road, on February 26, 1964 <br />at 7s30 P.M. The following Council members were presents <br />Carl Spooner, Mayor; Walter Coenen, Clerks Joseph Collova, luf. Gene <br />Jespersen and Edward Loeffler, 'Trustees. <br />Also present was Oscar Londin, Building Inspector. <br />H. Mostad presented a petition signed by thirteen neighbors recommending <br />that he be granted the right to reconstruct a garage building. Following some <br />discussion, it vras finally determined that the Council would authorize a special <br />use permit. <br />Upon motion by Loeffler, seconded by Coenen, it was <br />"RESOLVED, that H. Mostad be and is hereby authorized to construct <br />on his property at 2720 Noel Drive a concrete block garage building <br />with outside dimensions o£ 42 feet by 30 feet, providing that he <br />use said building only to repair cars. A11 repair work must be done <br />in the building and that there shall be no dismantling or junking of <br />automobiles and no stmrage of automobiles, automobile parts, or any <br />other material outside o£ the building and that the special use <br />permit hereby granted shall terminate automatically at the time <br />that H. Mostad ceases to do such repair business or sells the <br />property to any other person. It being understood that no one <br />other than the permitee hereunder shall be authorized to exercise <br />the privileges of the permit without reapplication for such permit <br />to the Council of the Village of Little Canada and the building <br />inspector is further instructed to issue a building permit for the <br />concrete block garage building." <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 <br />The resolution was adopted. <br />Mr. Londin, Building Inspector, advised the Council that Mr. Ruehl, newly <br />appointed electrical inspector, had quit and he aske d that the Council abide <br />by the State Electrical Code so that electrical inspection could be made by <br />the State Board of Electricity until other arrangements are made.
