P.M. `l he follo~ing members were present, <br />Mr. Anderson George Chairman, <br />Mr. Robert De Bace <br />Mr. Joseph Thoma <br />Mr. Norm Horton„ <br />lVir Gilbertson <br />I~lr. Gordon Nadeau <br />Mr. Thomas Reid. <br />Mf'. Earl Rossez. <br />Also present Don Carley, from Milner Carley hssociates, Lingeers <br />Fred Memmer Village Attorney <br />Joseph ~hlebeck Clerk, sec. <br />`P he purpose of the meeting was to discuss lot sizes for the Village. <br />The Attorney r. i4lemmer and 1VIr. Carley exaplained 'to the Commission <br />the need for changing lot sizes in the Village, and planned united dev- <br />elopment. <br />4tfter the members of the commission discused the matter the <br />plan~~ing commission upon the motion of <br />A4r. ~i.7.ber.tson and seconded by 1"~r.. DEVELOPMENT ANI) AMENDING LOT AREA FROM <br />12,500 sq. ft. TO 10,000 sq. ft. <br />Average width 100 ft TO 75ft. <br />The planning commission also discussed apartment code. <br />'l~he planning commision instructed to counciol to have the <br />attorney to draw an odrinance concerning apartment code. <br />
