As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Structures Hardscapes <br />Specialist, Inc. The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is <br />$16,661.00. Subtracting 5% retainage of $833.05, the amount due the Contractor is <br />$15,827.95. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for installation of the wet cast retaining wall and <br />boulevard restoration. There is one panel of concrete that was damaged during the <br />course of the project that needs to be repaired, and the retainage will be held until this <br />work is completed. We have inspected the work preformed by Structures Hardscapes <br />Specialists and find it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract <br />documents.
