(See Policy <br />attached.) Two exemptions are being requested from this policy. <br />'The Canadian Days Committee is holding their Volunteer Appreciation Party on <br />Tuesday, August 19'x', at the Spooner Park Shelter. In the case of inclement weather, <br />Canadian Days would like to move their festivities to the City Center. Should that occur, <br />they have requested an exemption from the Cify's Policy and are requesting permission <br />to serve alcohol. <br />City staff is also requesting anon-going exemption for the annual Holiday Party that is <br />held at the City Center. <br />
