MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING <br />OF THE COUNCIL AND <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF LITTLE CANADA <br />Pursuant to a council directive of Jan 14, 1971 a joint meeting of the Council <br />and the Planning Commission Caere held on the 3rd day of Feb. 1971 at 8:15PM at 440 <br />Little Canada Rd. in said village. <br />The following were present; <br />From the Council, Messrs: Anderson, Chlebeck, and De Bace. <br />Absent from the Council, Ptessrs; Makeeff and Valento. <br />From the Planning Commission,Messrs' Costa, Rossez, Thoma, Rada, Blomquist <br />Radford and Villeux. <br />Absent from the Planning Commission, Ptessrs, Boss, Fasciana,Ptueller and Forbes. <br />Also present; Mr. Les Layton Building inspector and Mr. Frank G?inieki. <br />LAND USE MAP. <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the Land Use Map and <br />for the record it must be understood by the Council <br />and the Planning Commission that the proposed land use <br />map IS NOT A ZONING MAP. The zoning map of 1964 and all <br />the amendments is the official zoning map. The land use <br />map is a gide for development. <br />The Commission request the Council not to adopt <br />the land use map until. the commission has time <br />to make the f.ollowi.ng studies. <br />1. Density reports of the PUD and R-3 areas. <br />2. Prepare road reports, and meet with the <br />Ramsey County Road safety Dept, <br />These reports may be done by the Mach meeting. <br />The Planning Commission further request a <br />clear intension of PLAN UNIT DEVELOPMENT.(PUD) <br />The Commission also recommends a meeting be held <br />to inform the public of the land use map. <br />Adjourment <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Radford and seconded by Mr. <br />Chlebeck, meeting adjourned. <br />
