MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING <br />OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF TIIE VILLAGE OF LITTLE CANADA <br />A special meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Little Canada was <br />held on the 15th day of Feb, 1971 at 440 Little Canada Rd at 8:30 PM in said,Village.~ <br />The following members were present: <br />Messrs: Costa, chairman. <br />Rossez, vice-chairman. <br />Thoma, secretary. <br />Boss, Fasciana, Forbes,Rada,Radford. <br />Absent: Blomquist, Mueller, and Villeux. <br />WHITE OAKS <br />BUILDERS White Oalcs Builders inc presented a topography map and a <br />proposed site plan map for a apartment complex to be <br />located at Co. Rd. B-2 and Viking Dr. Due to the nature of <br />the property L-he engineers will be required to study the <br />area in order to achive proper drainage. <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Thoma and seconded by <br />Mr. Rada, <br />The matter was tabled until the Land <br />use map is adopted. <br />Ayes A11. motion car rigid. <br />NORTH STAR <br />MOBLE COURT A site plan for the North Star Trailer Court was presented. <br />The site plan was rejected due to the lack of the following <br />information. <br />Lot dimensions, trailer locations, parking <br />dimensions, recreation area and landscaping. <br />The building inspector should be instructed to <br />stop all grading operations until complete plans <br />have been submitted for approval. <br />BRINGS PROPERTY Upon the motion of Mr. Thoma and seconded by Mr. Rossez, <br />The plot plan for the Brings property was <br />approved. <br />Ayes a11, motion carried. <br />ROADS At the request of Mr. Radford,Mr. Chenoweth of the Ramsey <br />engineer dept, discussed with the commission road plans. It <br />was pointed out that a road problem will appear on Little <br />Canada Rd. at the 35 E. exit ramp and Fronatage Road. It <br />was sugested to relocate a portion of Frontage Rd. <br />LAND USE MAP A SPECIAL MEETING WILL BE HELD ON MARCH 11 1971 <br />AT 8;00 PM. TO DISCUSS THE LAND USE MAP. <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Rada and seconded by Mr. Rossez <br />meeting mourned. <br />
