MINUTES OI" A SPECIAL MEETING <br />OF ThE PLANNING COM'i~fISSTOPI <br />OF THI; 17ILa.AG]i OF 1,1"PTLE (:ANADA. <br />A special meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Little <br />Canada was held on the 31 day of March 1971 at 13:00 PI.1 at 440 I.i.t.t.1e Canada 'polo <br />in said village„ <br />The following members were present: <br />hfessrs:Peter Costa, chairman <br />Joseph Thomas secretary <br />Ron IIloomquist <br />Don Rada <br />Jack i:adford <br />Jim Villeaux <br />Absent; Earl Rossez,Gordon i'orbes, Al Mueller, and Eugene Fasciana <br />PUD. Mr. Radford presented to the board a proposed <br />density system for PUD axeas. <br />GLASRUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PIr. Glasrud presented plans for the development of the <br />Husnik property. The plan shocas the development will <br />consist of 304 condominiums <br />445 apartments <br />64 Town Hawses <br />1 office bldg. <br />Mr, Glasrud also preseeted plans for phase 1 of the <br />project which is a 221 unit apartment bldg to be <br />located at the SE, corner of the; property. Mr. (;lasrud <br />stated the project tai11 t.ako~ about 5 years to complete. <br />Upon the motion of Pir. 'Choma and sec ortded by <br />Mr.Villeaux <br />The PLaxining Conunission does hereby <br />approve aszd accept li,A. 5 the Plan <br />Unit development of Dtr. Glasrud. <br />FIRE CODE. <br />Ayes all motion carried. <br />Mr. A. Forsberg presented a proposed fire prevention code <br />for LitL-le Canada. <br />Upon L-he motion o£ Mr. Soss and seconded <br />by Mr Rada, <br />Tht Planning Commission recommends <br />the Council adopt the proposed <br />Fire prevention code as presented by <br />gir. Forsberg9 and <br />page 1 <br />
