M:CNUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF LITTLE CANADA <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village <br />of Little Canada was held on the 29th day of July 1971 at 8:00 o'clock <br />PM, at 440 Little Canada Rd in said Village. <br />The following Memhers were present: <br />MESSRS: <br />Peter Costae chairman <br />Johns Radford~Earl Rossez~ Eugene Fasciania~ A, Mueller <br />Jim Vielleux~ and Ralp Nardini: <br />ABSENT: MESSRS: Joseph Thomas Don Radar Richard Bossy R. Blomquist. <br />GLASRUD Upon the moL-ion of Mr. Rossesz and seconded by Mro <br />TOGNHOUSE Mueller <br />PLAT <br />The Planning Commission recommends <br />L-he approval of the proposed "TOWN- <br />HOUSE " p1aL- as presented by Mr, <br />Glasrud. <br />AYES ALLY MOTION CARRIED. <br />GULF OIL CO. <br />SERVICE STATION <br />Mr. Ro,Dilworth of Gulf Oil Co, appeared before the Planning <br />Commission requesting approval of driveway access and entrance <br />for a future service station to be located at the NW corner of <br />Little Canada Rd. and Country Dr. <br />The driveway access have been approved by the Couns;y <br />and the StaL-e. <br />Mr,Dilworht of Gulf Oil Co, indicated he had planned to <br />increase the widths of the driveway enterances for Little Canada Rd, <br />or the service road adjacent to property. <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Mueller and seconded Mr, <br />Nardini~ the following recommendation was approved, <br />The Planning Commission does hereby approve the <br />proposed driveway enhance and access as proposed <br />by Gulf Oil Co, for a future Service Station to be <br />located at the NW corner of Little Canada Rd, and <br />Country Dra with the undersL-anding that Gulf Oil <br />will increase the widths of the driveways when the <br />Village deems it necessary in order to permit safe <br />acces. <br />page 1 Ayes all motion carried. <br />
