Minutes of the Regular Meeting <br />Of The Planning Commission of <br />The Village of Little Canada <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Little <br />Canada, was held on the 6th day of Jan. 1972 at 8 o'clock PM at 440 Little Canada <br />Road in said Village. <br />The following members were presents <br />Messrs Peter Costa, chairman <br />Earl Rossez, Vice-Chariman. <br />Jim Villeux, Eugene Fasciana, Richard Boss, and Al. Mueller. <br />Also presents Les Layton, Building inspector. <br />Absents R®nald BLumquist,Ralph Nardini, Donald Rada, John Radford <br />and Joseph Thoma. <br />Vitale <br />Property <br />Division Upon the motion of Dir. Mueller and seconded by <br />Dir. Rossez, <br />The property division identified as <br />L-3785 is in all things hereby approved. <br />Ayes, all, motion varied. <br />Antler <br />Division Antler Corp. presented a propossed division which indicated <br />the portion of land being used by the telephone bldg. The reason <br />for the division is to seperate the taxes of the two buildings <br />on the property. <br />Upon the motion of iir. Fasciana and seconded by <br />Dir. Mueller, <br />The proposed property division as <br />presented by Antler Corp for the <br />purpose of tax seperaton is hereby <br />approved. <br />Ayes, all, motion carried. <br />CJater-works <br />Snowmobie A discussion teas held concerning the posting of the Water® <br />Posting Ldorks property between Country Dr and So. Owesso Blvd, The posting <br />prohibits the use of snocumobles in this area. <br />Upon the motion of Mx. Boss and seconaea py <br />Mr. Rossez <br />The Planning Commission does hereby <br />recommend that the Council negotiate <br />with the,5t.
