Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission of The Village of Little Canada The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Little Canada, was held on the 3rd day of Feb, 1972 at 8:88 o'clock'' P,M, at 440 Little Canada Rd, in said Village, The following members were present: Messrs: Blomquist, Boss, Costa, Mitchell, Rossez, Fisher, Villeaux Fasciana, Radford Absent; Nardini, Mueller Election Mr. costa was nominated as Chairman by Mr, of Rossez, Seconded by Mrs. Fisher Officers Mr, Radford was nominated for Secretary by Mr, Rossez Seconded by Mr, Costa, A white Ballot will be cast on these Officers Elect at the next meeting, The Following a discussion on a totation system it was Rotation resolved that this system is not understood by the mem- System bers of the Planning Commission. A motion was made by Mr, Redford that the mayor should be present at the next meeting to explain Seconded by Mr, Rossez, Ayes all,l Motion Carried, New A discussion on the needs of. the Village for a nets Village Village Hall was presented by Mr. Costa, Hall Mr. Boss Made a motion that the Capitol Improvement Committee be activated in the very near future to plan for this and other needed endeavors. Motion seconded by Mr. Rossez. Ayes all, Motion Carried. Land Use Motion made by Mr. Radford that the Land Use Map Map previously approved by by the Planning Commission be presented to the Council For a public hearingand acted upon, Seconded by Mr, Fasciana, Ayes ail, Motion Carried. Density Mr, Radford brought to the attention of the Planning On P.U,D, Commission the need for a density formula on fnture Development P,U,D, developments, This was discussed caith Mr, Parks at a meeting several months ago, At that time a further study was to be made by Mr. Parks and a report to the Penning Commission
