Minutes of the Regular Meeting <br />of the Planning Commission of <br />The Village of Little Canada <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village <br />of Little Canada, was held on the 3rd day of Feb, 1972 at 8:88 o'clock'' <br />P,M, at 440 Little Canada Rd, in said Village, <br />The following members were present: <br />Messrs: Blomquist, Boss, Costa, Mitchell, Rossez, Fisher, Villeaux <br />Fasciana, Radford <br />Absent; Nardini, Mueller <br />Election Mr. costa was nominated as Chairman by Mr, <br />of Rossez, Seconded by Mrs. Fisher <br />Officers <br />Mr, Radford was nominated for Secretary by Mr, Rossez <br />Seconded by Mr, Costa, <br />A white Ballot will be cast on these Officers Elect <br />at the next meeting, <br />The Following a discussion on a totation system it was <br />Rotation resolved that this system is not understood by the mem- <br />System bers of the Planning Commission. <br />A motion was made by Mr, Redford that the mayor <br />should be present at the next meeting to explain <br />Seconded by Mr, Rossez, <br />Ayes all,l Motion Carried, <br />New A discussion on the needs of. the Village for a nets <br />Village Village Hall was presented by Mr. Costa, <br />Hall <br />Mr. Boss Made a motion that the Capitol Improvement <br />Committee be activated in the very near future to <br />plan for this and other needed endeavors. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Rossez. <br />Ayes all, Motion Carried. <br />Land Use Motion made by Mr. Radford that the Land Use Map <br />Map previously approved by by the Planning Commission <br />be presented to the Council For a public hearingand <br />acted upon, <br />Seconded by Mr, Fasciana, <br />Ayes ail, Motion Carried. <br />Density Mr, Radford brought to the attention of the Planning <br />On P.U,D, Commission the need for a density formula on fnture <br />Development P,U,D, developments, <br />This was discussed caith Mr, Parks at a meeting several <br />months ago, At that time a further study was to be made <br />by Mr. Parks and a report to the Penning Commission <br />
