MINUTE'S OF THE REGULAR <br />MEETING OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMLSSION OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF LITTLE CANADA, MINN. <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the ;Village of <br />Little Canada, was held at 8:00 o'clock P>M. March 9, 1972 at 440 Little Canada <br />Rd. in said Village. <br />The following members were present; <br />Costa, Fasciana' Mueller, Fischer, Rossez, Villeaux, 13ossIIl, Radford, <br />Absent; <br />Nardini' Slomquist, Mitchell. <br />Mr, Loeffler's Mr. Loeffler presented his plans. A set of <br />House five drawings. He indicated that because his <br />builder Mr. Warren Hanson could not attend the <br />revised drawings and plot plans, were not <br />available. <br />He indicated the lot dimensions to be 75' x 3iS7. <br />The exterior of the house to be rough sawed <br />cedar. <br />He indicated that the house would be built fox <br />him personally. <br />Mr. Daubney, representing Some neighbors, objec» <br />ted on the following basis; <br />1. Not a valid application ( not a specific <br />variation requested.) <br />2. No requested variation for set back <br />8' minimum. <br />3. A certified survey was not presented. <br />Mr. Daubney said his clients did not want any <br />new variances given on the land. He said they <br />had no objections if the house could be built <br />without further variation. Mr. Loeffler indi- <br />cated that he would have lot staked out and a <br />new layout of the land and house, <br />Mr, Al Mueller moved that this matter be set <br />aside until Mr. Loeffler can provide changes <br />and certified plans and specific variation <br />requests i£ necessary, 2nd, by Mr. Rossez, <br />Mrs. Swanson is to be notified by the secretary <br />of any meeting £or reconsideration of this matter. <br />
