MINUTES OF TEIE REGIILAR <br />MEETING OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF LITTLE CANADA, MINN. <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of <br />Little Canada was held at 8:00 P.M. March 29, 1972, at 440 E. Little Canada <br />Rd. in said Village. <br />The following members were present; <br />Costa, Fischer, Villeaux, Mitchell, Nardini, Radford <br />Absent; <br />Rossez, Blomquist, BossIII, Fasciana, Mueller <br />Mr. Ryan Proposing building on Country Drive on west <br />235 Ea Maryland side, Burlington Northern etc. <br />St. Paul <br />Presented plans of storage and repair <br />building. Area of 12_2 acres. <br />Fenced area will contain shrubbery and <br />nursery stock plus storage of some equipment. <br />Building will have a Red stone fromt. <br />Moved by Mr. Nardini, 2nd by Mr. Villeaux <br />Motion carried, <br />Mr. Ryan agreed to sign a copy of the min- <br />utes as to what he said and agreed to do with <br />the land. He was notified to complu with the <br />code to send in a statement on his intended use. <br />Knox Lumber Co, Dan De Coster, Knox Lumber Co, d Dave <br />Proposal Bartol, Rauenhorst, request permission to build <br />a Knox Lumber Storey west of Levitz., <br />Type of precast panel similar to those <br />used on Levitz however a decorator type panel <br />will be used. <br />Complete plot plans and specifications were <br />presented. <br />J. Radford moved we accept Knox Lumber <br />plot plans 2nd by Mr. Villeaux, all ayes <br />Require a letter of performance, <br />Land Use Map Land across N, Owasso Blvdo no~v called out <br />as Trailor Courts. <br />
