MINUTES OF THE REGULAR <br />MEETING OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF LITTLE CANADA, MINN. <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of <br />Little Canada, was held at 8:00 o'clock P. M. June 29, 1972 at 440 Little <br />Canada Road in said Village. <br />The following members were present: <br />Costa, Nardini, Rossez, Fisher, Mitchell, Boss 171, Villeaux <br />and Mueller <br />Absent: <br />Blomquist, Fasciana, Radford. <br />SHAR AGENCY CAR RENTAL Checked out by Al Forsberg and he thought it <br />Little Canada Road and was too small for the business. <br />Jackson Street. <br />Motion made and seconded to table the issue <br />as no one was present from tiie agency. <br />Carried <br />ACRYLTECH, INC. Manufactures shower stalls, bathtubs and <br />Proposal toy snowmobiles, etc. <br />Jim McShane for Rauenhorst presented the <br />plans. There is not enough water protection, <br />and should not emit any odors. The company <br />is working with all agencies connected with <br />pollution. <br />The original plans, since being presented <br />to the council, have been changed. <br />Bruce Rydeen, Fire Marshall from Roseville, <br />presented some problems they have had with <br />Glas Tec., which is the firm moving to <br />Little Canada. Extra hazard for fire. <br />Housekeeping also. Waste products are the <br />biggest problems. Has to be very tightly <br />controlled. Does emit some odors and the <br />P.C.A. has not come up with any solution <br />to the problem. <br />
