CHLEBEC K, Villaga Clerk <br />400A Little Canada Road St, Paal, Minn. 55117 <br />August 31, 1972 <br />The meeting was called to order at 8 P.M. <br />Present Caere Costa, Boss III, Nardini, Rossez, Fisher, Mitchell, Vi.ileaux, <br />Fasciana and Blomquist, <br />i:bsent-Mueller and Radford. <br />The minutes of the preceding meeting were approved. <br />MAYOR <br />Perry Makeeff <br />TRUSTEES <br />Donald Valento <br />Richard Andersen <br />Robert De Bace <br />Car Rental: Mr. Schwarz, Virgil Doerfler and Jim Diamond were <br />present. <br />Letter of intent and the building plans were presented. <br />Building would be a Little over 20,000 square feet <br />and built so it could be leased for storage. The <br />height is 16 feet 8 inches and al.l set backs followed. <br />Sides of the bui.l.di.ng will be decorative block with <br />ti brick front. <br />Car rental will be in the back with entrance on <br />Jackson Street. Cars are leased on a long time <br />basis and 90% are wholesaled, <br />Motion made by Nardini and seconded by Boss III <br />to accept plot plan as presented Carried. <br />North Star Estates; A request for a sign 16 feet by 48 inches long <br />with 6 feet above ground was presented. <br />Motion made by Boss III and seconded by Villeaux <br />to okay sign if. it is placed on their property. <br />Carried. <br />Preferred Developers: Les Layton presented the plans for Phase II but <br />no one coas present from Preferred. <br />Discussion followed: Less than 20% occupancy. <br />The original plans were brick exterior but were <br />changed to present siding. It was suggested to have <br />a different exterior on Phase II to make the <br />appearance more attractive. The finish on Phase I <br />is running. <br />
