PAIL L, MINN. 55119 <br />Minutes of the regular meeting <br />Planning Commission -Village of Little Canada <br />February 7, 1973 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Little <br />Canada was held on the 7th day of February, ].973 at 8;00 P,M. at 440 <br />Little Canada Road in said Village. <br />i <br />t <br />The following members were present: Messor;(Earl Rossez ;a Eugene Fasciana; <br />Jim Veilleu`x, Richard Bos `=II T., Jack Radforck, Peter Costa, Mrs. Virginia <br />FisIl~er Margeret Mitchell~~ <br />The following members c~iere absent; Ralph Nardin., Al. Mueller, and Ronald <br />Bloomauist. <br />THIELAND - OLSON Mr. Necaman Dupre' presented a plot plan and <br />OFFICE BUILDING letter of intent for another building North of <br /> their present building at N.W, corner of Little <br /> Canada Road and the freeway, <br /> 'Phe new building wi.11 be identical to the present <br /> building, with same use. (Computor data processing <br /> firm) They want to start construction in March 1973. <br /> Parking., - Present building has 50 parking sL-al1s, <br /> The new bui.ldi.ng tail]. add 70 more stalls. <br /> Earl Rossez moved that the Planning Commission <br /> accept the plot plan but require a drainage <br /> plan to be submitted with the final plans to:» <br /> the Village council. <br /> second by Richard Boss III <br /> Vote; A11 ayes <br /> P1r. Norman Dupre' will bring letters of intent <br /> and final plans to the council for approval. <br />NOMINATIONS OF Officers <br />PLANNING COMMISSION President; <br /> L', Fasciana nominated P.
