B of the Fire PrevenL-ion Code of the <br />Village of Little Canada specificaly does <br />not permit any bulk storage tanks in the <br />village corporate limits. <br />He was also informed that the land in <br />question is zoned B-1 and must be zoned <br />Light Industrial to store trucks. <br />White Oak Mr. Edward Dropps presented Plot Plans <br />Builders for apartment complex - 80 units (4 buildings) <br />to be located on Viking Drive -North side facing <br />Highway 36 on west side of R. R, tracks. <br />Land now zoned R-1. 3~ acres in tract. <br />(Land use map plans shows the land in <br />question as R-3) <br />Buildings to be similar to Sleepy Hollow <br />Apartment Complex. <br />Ralph Nardini moved that the Planning Commission <br />recommend rezoning the 3z acres for the <br />White Oak Apartment Project located an Viking <br />Drive West of the R. R. Tracks and adjacent <br />to the archery range from R_1 to R-3 and <br />that a public hearing be held by the council, <br />2nd by Mrs. Mitchell <br />Vote: Ayes k <br />Oppossed 3 <br />Motion passed. <br />Village Hall Robert DeBace, Donald Valento presented plans <br />for the new Little Canada Village Canter to the <br />Planning Commission for. questions and approval. <br />Following discussion: <br />Ralph Nardini moved that the Planning Comm- <br />ission accept the Village Center Plans. <br />2nd by Mrs. Fisher <br />Vote; A1L Ayes <br />Respectively submitted <br />May 2, 1973 <br />John Radford <br />
