Most of them were in very poor condition. Open space claimed that most of his land oras swamp land, Pir. Schletty claims that the whole project caas misrepresented and he called it a fraud, Land was compared with other land and Open Space was very low on all phases, They are not offering enough on either. the home or the 7.and. A lot i.n the neighborhood just, sold for $8000.00® Mr. Schletty would just as soon forget about the Open Space program. If more land is acquired in the neighborhood it trill be wild because of no policing. Open Space is fine if they can come to an agreement faith Pir, Schletty and then come to the Council.. In 1971 a law was written that the Open Space had to have the approval. of the village councils before they could condemn the land, Air.
