The following members Caere absent-: 13al.ph Nardini9 Ron.^.1d Blomqui.st9 and l:ichard Boss III. The minutes of the last meeting Caere approved. 'Peel Glasrud-Cl:~ange Dlr. 'I'ecl Glasrud requested approval. of a change of of building plans his original plan for a condominium building. (On the S. P7. Section of the land N, ?d. of Dlighway 36 and 35 E) The change i.n shape of the building plan tans made after soil L-est,s indicated a problem o7ith the soil upon which t:he first building taas planned. Dtoti.on to accept the plan change by Jim Villea.u 2nd Virginia Fisher Vole: All Ayes Ted Glasrud Mr. Glasrud presented a plot plan for an apartment AparL-ment Plot on a l.ot North of Highway 36 and S:7est of the ?Jhi.te Plan Oalcs Apartments for village consideration, tle said he was sometahat aware of the previous problems and thought his plan had overcome some of L-he objections but he h<:,d no strong feelings regarding, the p7.an, If the vil7.age accepted hi.s plan that would be OR, if not, OK. lle indicated he could build a 74 uni.L- ap~~,r.tment without distusl7dng the water shed or removing all t:he trees or fi1l.i.ng up the swamp area, Moved by Earl Rossez that he taould be in favor of the a.pa-rtment; project after L-he problems of drainage9 zoning9 etc. (if not now zoned mi.iltiple family dwellings) 2nd Virginia Fisher Vote: All Ayes
