Meeting <br />Nov 11. 1972 <br />Cont. <br />A public hearing was held, pursuant to a resolution <br />adopted on the 18th day of Sept. 1972, calling for a public hear- <br />IMP HEARINGS ing on the construction of watermain. The clerk presented an affidavit <br />of publicatf.on of the notice and a certificate showing mailing of <br />notice to the owners of each parceal of land in the area proposed <br />to be assessed. The Council then proceeded to hear all persons <br />interested in said improvements. Ali persons present were afforded <br />an opportunity to present their views and objections to the making <br />of said improvement. <br />Mr. Gotcvald proceeded with the hearing. <br />ELI RD. <br />WATERMAIN <br />Imp 73-1 73-1-Eli Rd. -watermain-appurtenance -street restoration. <br />ESTIMATED COST ..................... $ 34,319,00 <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT: <br />FRONT FOOT...........$ 7.50 <br />SdATER-BOX..,.........$ 200.00 <br />UNIT CHARGE..........$ 250.00. <br />THE ESTIMATED INCLUDES, CONSTRUCTION, EASEMENTS, <br />ENGINEERING AND ADMINISTRATIVE,COST. <br />REGARDING THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE SCHOOL THE UNIT <br />CHARGE WOULD BE $ 250.00 pr class room. <br />Mr. Gotwald stated that the contractor may connect <br />dry water lines at no additional cost to the resident <br />provided it can be done in a reasonalbe time. <br />THERE WERE NO OBJECTIONS TO THIS IMPROVEMENT. <br />THE IMPROVEMENT WAS COME COMMENCED BY A PETITION. <br />UPON THE MOTION OF MR.
